2AD200 spindle motors are large-frame AC main spindle motors used in legacy CNC and industrial machining systems, where replacement or service requires accurate matching of motor size, mounting arrangement, cooling method, power connection layout, shaft configuration, bearing type, and feedback system to the original machine installation.
Motor frame and length ? 2AD200 motor frame with defined length variants that determine overall dimensions, cooling compatibility, and vibration limits
Mounting configuration ? Flange-and-foot mounting (B35) commonly used on heavier machine tools and spindle assemblies
Cooling mode ? Axial or radial blower cooling, with airflow direction and blower placement affecting allowable power connection locations
Power connection placement ? Top, left, or right housing-mounted power connections, which must align with existing machine layout and cooling components
Power cable exit orientation ? Junction box output direction relative to side A or side B of the motor housing
Motor feedback systems ? High-resolution motor feedback, digital servo feedback, and integrated multiturn absolute encoder options used in legacy control systems
Drive shaft construction ? Plain or keyed shafts with balanced options and optional shaft sealing rings for high-load spindle applications
Secondary shaft end ? No shaft extension on side B for standard 2AD200 configurations
Bearing configuration ? Standard or heavy-duty bearings, with vibration class limitations when heavy-duty bearings are used
Vibration severity grades ? Multiple vibration classes specified, with the highest grade not permitted when heavy-duty bearings are installed
